Job Description

APM Terminals

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and transportation providers
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
  • Develop demand forecasts and production plans in coordination with sales and operations teams
  • Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost-effective purchasing and favorable terms
  • Track shipments, delivery schedules, and resolve supply chain disruptions
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare reports on inventory, procurement costs, lead times, and service levels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations teams


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics
  • Knowledge of inventory management and demand planning
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
