Key Responsibilities
Drive growth initiatives and identify opportunities in the US–Mexico cross‑border trucking market.
Develop and manage strategic relationships with carriers and logistics partners.
Lead commercial negotiations and secure strategic transportation capacity.
Provide market intelligence on rates, capacity trends, and competitive dynamics.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Pricing, and Operations to design competitive solutions.
Ensure smooth handover of commercial commitments into operational execution.
Serve as internal subject matter expert on cross‑border transportation market dynamics.
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
Extensive experience in US–Mexico cross-border trucking or logistics markets.
Proven background negotiating transportation or logistics agreements.
Deep understanding of carrier landscape, service models, and cross-border operations.
Strong industry relationships within the transportation market.
Experience in commercial, product, procurement, or market development roles.
Ability to operate independently and drive impactful outcomes.
Skills & Competencies
Strong commercial mindset and ownership mentality.
Confident negotiator comfortable handling complex deals.
Results-driven and highly execution-focused.
Excellent business judgment and decision-making skills.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
