  • Track and trace inbound shipments from arrival through final delivery, proactively addressing delays or risks

  • Maintain accurate documentation and upload complete entry packages into internal systems

  • Support billing processes, delivery orders, and operational reporting requirements

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure coverage, knowledge sharing, and support during peak volumes.

What We Are Looking For:

Operational accuracy & compliance focus: we are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, committed to accuracy, and proactive in ensuring all customs processes and documentation meet regulatory and company standards

  • 6–12 months of experience in customs brokerage, logistics, or a related operational role (2+ years preferred in CHB or similar environments)

  • Solid understanding of import processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders

  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
