Key Responsibilities

• Prepare draft both the import-export customs entry according to customer’s KPIs.

• Check the accuracy on both import-export customs entry.

• Check the accuracy on FTA (Free Trade Agreement) Form.

• Submit the import – export customs entry and Goods control list to customs system.

• Coordinate with CS team to ensure the accuracy on the Customs Entry.

• Provide customer report to CS team.

• Provide draft entry for entry amendment process.

• Provide a letter amendment for entry amendment process.

• Data Collection for Exp-Imp Customs Declaration for Customs Audit.

• Attend the Training & Seminar with relating customs regulation and relating to Hs code or any privilege & new regulations.

• Analyze, Excel & PDF invoice for data interface.

• Document the knowledge (SOPs and presentations)

We Are Looking For

• Talent with minimum 1-2 years’ experience in customs brokerage service with Customs Broker Service Provider. Experience in Customs Entry & Hs code & Permit license.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

• Good understanding both Export-Import processes.

• Proficient in English communication.

• Service mind, detailed oriented, good communication skills, working with minimum supervision and under pressure, hardworking and self-motivated.
