We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Capability Coordinator to drive the execution of or capability building training plan. In this role, you will ensure that trainings are delivered effectively, tracked accurately, and completed on schedule, supporting the development of capabilities that drive our transformation journey.


Key Responsibilities:
• Own and execute the training plans, coordinating all learning initiatives.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for Flow trainings and other training programs
• Follow up with participants and managers to ensure timely participation & completion
• Follow up with participants and managers on outstanding or overdue trainings.
• Ensure disciplined follow-up on training progress, completion and post-training actions.
• Maintain standard work for training coordination with trainers and reporting to managers.
• Provide regular visual reports on training progress, gaps, and risks to plan.
• Support trainers in preparation and delivery of trainings.
• Ensure recovery plans are in place for outstanding trainings.
• Monitor training effectiveness and support continuous improvement of the training system.

We are looking for:
Education & Experience
• Master’s degree in business administration, Engineering, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, or operations support.
• Experience supporting Lean, or continuous improvement programs is highly desirable.
Execution & Coordination Skills
• Proven ability to execute training plans and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and tracking skills to ensure timely completion of all trainings.
• Experience maintaining training records, dashboards, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Good data management and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools).
Lean Orientation
• Basic understanding of Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement principles (or strong willingness to learn).
• Structured and disciplined in follow-up and standard work.
• Comfortable working with visual management, metrics, and progress tracking.
• Improvement-oriented mindset with attention to waste, delays, and gaps in execution.
Behavioral Competencies
• High level of ownership and accountability for delivering results.
• Clear, confident communicator, able to work across levels and functions.
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of reliability and follow-through.
• Collaborative, yet able to work independently to drive training execution.
• Proactive and solution oriented.
