Job Title: Business Analyst (3PL Warehouse Operations Support)

Location: Narsapura, Kolar (Karnataka)

Job Summary:
The Business Analyst will serve as a critical liaison between the 3PL warehouse operations teams and business stakeholders. The role focuses on analysing, documenting, and optimizing warehouse and logistics processes to improve operational efficiency and service quality. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry experience and strong analytical and visualization skills to translate complex business needs into actionable data insights and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the 3PL warehouse operations teams to understand operational workflows, challenges, and strategic goals.
• Elicit, document, and manage detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases specifically related to warehouse management and logistics processes.
• Analyse existing "as-is" processes and develop "to-be" process models to support improvement initiatives and technology implementations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners, Operations team, Process Excellence team, to design technology-enabled solutions and process enhancements.
• Develop and maintain key reports, dashboards, and data visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) that highlight warehouse KPIs, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to generate actionable insights for operational decision-making and performance improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and ensure compliance with security, quality, and governance requirements relevant to warehouse data and operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, IT, or related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles within logistics, supply chain, or warehousing companies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to create interactive dashboards and reports.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and querying databases to extract, analyse, and report information.
• Excellent communication skills to interact across diverse teams and convey technical and business concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver projects from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, transportation, inventory management, and supply chain fundamentals is a plus.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on data quality, accuracy, and process improvement.
