General Responsibilities:
- Analyse and Review completeness of Job costing/profitability (CM1)
- Publish and review of daily file management/job costing report
- Period/month end book close, accrual review and GP signoff/reporting
- Analyse Loss making jobs. Document and follow up on actions agreed to address process control gaps in loss making/Low margin jobs.
- Document and address areas of revenue leakage with Delivery teams.
- Drive local review of KPIs in Health Metrics.
- Ensure adequacy and follow up of actions to improve health metrics.
- Ensure adherence to GAM and RASCI for all key processes leading from new customer implementation to execution.
- Review effectiveness of Internal controls (existing and new platforms) and action plans for ineffective controls.
- Document and Follow up with Business functions on clear action plans to improve control effectiveness.
- Support and provide input for any new customer implementation to ensure all critical tasks enabling timely job costing are in place.
- Review check list for all new customer implementations and raise flag if any critical item is not completed and corporate policy is not complied with.
- Work with ATR team for identifying new passthrough revenue and cost, and ensure identified PT adjustment are accounted/reported correctly each month
- Support implementation of new platform S4HANA
- Ensure RICC submission each month. Improve overall control effectiveness, and close open audit findings if any within timeline
- Work on balance sheet heatmap on items pertaining to BCO – aged GRIR, unbilled, ICB backlog
Highlevel overview of tasks
- RICC - perform/execute RICC
- Run daily job costing/file management report
- Analytical review of costing/file management report
- Maintain Loss Job Tool - upkeep of tool
- Loss job governance - process compliance, publish dashboard
- Analytical review of loss jobs
- Month end closing - review of accrual and finalise numbers
- Ocean Inland controlling
- Customer/vendor master data approval
- Support material master mapping
- Interface error monitoring
- Perform Job Hardclosure
- Credit note tool maintenance
- Support in review of GRIR clearing
- Perform ICB PO/IC reconciliation and clearing
We are looking for:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any accounting or business related course.
Strong experience in FinOps or ATR process.
Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel
Strong analytical skill
Good communication skills
Confidentiality and discretion of a very high level is expected
Capable of meeting very strict deadlines and flexible to work in a team environment
Highly energetic and self-motivated, proactive and resourceful
Able to adapt successfully to multiple tasks that occur in a rapidly changing environment and to perform in highly interruptive conditions to meet time pressures/deadlines
Amenable to work on an early morning shift schedule
