Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic financial advisor to business units, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with business leaders to support decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and deliver financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
• Support budgeting and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, proposing actionable solutions to mitigate risks and enhance profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and drive operational improvements.
• Provide coaching and financial training to non-financial stakeholders to enhance financial literacy within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage projects related to financial planning, cost optimization, and business transformation.
• Continuously assess and improve financial models, methodologies, and reporting frameworks.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance,, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), business partnering, or a related role.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to influence and drive business decisions based on financial insights
• English level B2 or higher is required.
