
Assistant Manager - Documentation
Job Description
· Overall manage and monitor documentation activities within the warehouse· Communicate/Interact with SCM/CX team for any document-related issues escalated by documentation team.· Work with SCM/CX team on container loading plans (CLPs) and container release related Issues· Work with, follow up and coordinate with trucker and/or carrier for empty container pickup. · Inform SCM/CX team for unnecessary situation and communicate for any potential delay to the loading process· Make coordination with trucker to send full containers to the port timely.· Make coordination with custom house brokerage team related to the export documents and make sure that all containers have proper/correct export documents submitted on a timely manager.· Work with technical team on App/Automation/Robots/Macro tool developments and coordinate with local team to get those tools applied for CBO.· Be a High Jump (WMS) super user, coordinating and fixing all HJ/RF related issues.· Develop team members· Other tasks assigned by Site Manager/Country Head of MCL Operations
