Air/LCL Senior Subject Matter Expertise

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Air Operations and Logistics to manage and execute air freight operations while ensuring seamless cargo movement and service delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Air Freight operations and LCL (Less than Container Load) processes, with hands-on experience using CargoWise One (Cargowise 1). A background in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is highly preferred.

This role is suited for an individual contributor who applies strong operational and technical expertise to deliver business results while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will work independently within defined guidelines, resolve operational challenges using established processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Coaching junior team members and providing operational guidance may also be part of the role.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in Air Freight Operations with sound knowledge of LCL shipments.
• Hands-on experience working with CargoWise One (Cargowise 1) is mandatory.
• Prior experience in the Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain industry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make sound operational decisions.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in coordinating with global teams and ensuring compliance with operational processes and service standards.
• Previous experience in a similar role or practical knowledge gained through relevant professional experience or advanced education.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members where required.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing service quality and operational efficiency.
