Talent Acquisition Lead – Global RPO Provider

Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Remote – however, candidates must be based in Mexico due to team setup

What does it mean to be a Talent Acquisition Lead? As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll be the heartbeat of the delivery partnership—driving hiring outcomes, building trusted relationships, and setting the standard for what ‘great’ looks like.

You'll lead and develop a high-performance team, oversee delivery to SLAs, and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a hands-on leadership role, designed to stretch your skills and prepare you for step-up into Talent Acquisition Manager.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Leading the Team

  • Lead with Purpose: Manage Talent Acquisition Partners and coordinate support from our Centre of Excellence.
  • Develop Talent: Coach your team to success through feedback, learning, and mentorship.
  • Raise the Bar: Set clear standards and ensure high performance and delivery excellence.
  • Contribute to Culture: Share best practices, lead internal training, and embody the values that make Instant Impact a great place to work.

Managing Service Delivery

  • Strategic Execution: Own the recruitment strategy, ensuring roles are filled quickly, efficiently, and with the right talent.
  • Exceed Expectations: Deliver against SLAs and hiring targets, and proactively seek ways to raise the bar.
  • Quality Control: Oversee volume hiring, ensuring consistency and quality across every touchpoint.
  • Process Innovation: Keep an eye out for new ways to work smarter, better, and faster.

Partnership Management

  • Deliver an Outstanding Experience: Become a trusted partner to hiring managers and a champion for candidate experience.
  • Provide Insight: Collaborate with your Client Services Director to deliver actionable reports and market intelligence.
  • Drive Change: Recommend and support improvements to the client’s TA strategy and operational model.
