Job Description
We are currently representing a leading global Financial Services firm in the appointment of high-calibre professionals as part of a period of strategic growth and investment.

Backed by long-term institutional investment and an established global brand, the firm is scaling its capabilities, technology and international footprint.
This is an opportunity to join a business that combines the agility of a growth platform with the credibility, client base and governance of a market leader.
Are you a proactive, high-performing Billing Manager who thrives on driving change and improving processes? This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a global billing function within a growing, forward-thinking organisation.
We’re looking for an experienced billing leader who can manage high-volume workflows, inspire and develop a global team and bring deep expertise from within the corporate services or financial services sectors.

- Maintain and enhance the accuracy of client billing information, driving regular exception reporting to ensure data integrity.
- Own the annual billing calendar — planning, coordinating and allocating workload to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Manage and improve the internal billing ticketing system, ensuring high-quality and timely resolution of requests.
- Document, maintain and refine billing processes and policies, with a proactive focus on optimisation and best practice.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing queries and support business initiatives.

- Lead ongoing process and system enhancements aligned with Oracle billing functionality.
- Support other billing-related tasks and ad hoc business needs as required.
- Oversee and enhance e-billing processes.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Circa 5 years’ billing management experience at a managerial level, within a large offshore corporate services provider or the wider financial services industry.
- Able to demonstrate strong people management and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated experience working in high-volume billing environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Oracle.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
