The role

Huel has an excellent reputation for the highest standards of customer service - and being able to service our customers all over the world is crucial to our continued success. As part of our growth plans, we’re looking for a German Speaking Supply Chain Executive to join our Operations team in our Global HQ in Tring, Hertfordshire as a finished goods production planner for our Ready-to-Drink (RTD) category. We're looking for someone who is comfortable in a phenomenally fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.🗲

You’ll play a crucial part in the success of Huel and our customers' experience. You’ll be responsible for the forecasting, material availability and production of a select range of our products from start to finish, ensuring every day runs as smoothly as possible whilst keeping our stock levels under tight control. To do this, you’ll be liaising every day with key teams at Huel HQ (NPD, Technical, Materials, Logistics, Marketing, to name a few!) and with the factories and manufacturing partners in Germany who make our finished products, making sure we can meet our business needs and the constantly increasing demand for our products 📈.

What we're looking for in you

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, quickly adding value to a quickly growing area of our business. With that in mind, ideally, you’ll have around 2-3 years proven experience in supply chain, preferably in production planning ⚙️.

Hopefully with this experience, you’ll have developed really strong communication skills, where you can relay complex but critical information to different parties throughout our supply chain and really effective relationship management skills to make sure we can get the best out of our partners 🤝. You’ll need to be fluent, both written and verbal, in German.

Alongside these important people skills, we will need you to be really comfortable with numbers and data, to make sure we can effectively plan and coordinate our stock and production at all time to meet our business requirements, so experience with excel, production planning systems and ERP systems is also really important 📊.
