What’s the role?

Reporting into the Laboratory Manager, you will be responsible for Microbiological, Chemical, and Flavour analyses, as well as culturing our yeast to brew world-class beers. Your role will include:

• Carrying out sampling and analyses of raw materials, beers in process, and final packaged products in line with our operating standards and methods
• Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure compliance with ISO standards
• Dispatching samples to other HEINEKEN sites and external agencies according to schedules and ad hoc needs
• Using LIMS systems for data handling and information processing
• Supporting quality assurance by working closely with operational teams and coaching them towards achieving quality excellence

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone with strong laboratory experience and a passion for quality. You should have:

• Consolidated understanding of quality assurance and quality systems
• Familiarity with LIMS systems for data processing.
• A detail-oriented mindset with high accuracy in your work
• The ability to maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ISO standards.
• Strong communication skills for coaching and collaborating with operational teams.
• The capability to manage sample dispatching efficiently and reliably
