As the nation’s leading pub, cider and beer company and the name behind a host of brilliant brands, we’re looking for equally brilliant people to help us on our journey to building a better future.
We’re looking for someone that is as ready to evolve for the future as we are. If you’re ready to get involved, apply for our Finance Administrator role to join our Purchase to Pay (“PtP”) team in the Finance function!
About the Role
We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrator to join our Purchase to Pay (PtP) team at our Edinburgh head office. This role focuses on delivering value through review, analysis, and financial control, working closely with colleagues in procurement, breweries, supply chain, logistics, digital and technology, and our Krakow shared service centre.
You'll drive the business to manage invoices in the SAP Invoice Management system and support the accuracy of goods received/invoice received balances. Analysing KPIs and jointly ensuring team targets are met, you'll lead initiatives to improve PtP processes and prepare high-quality monthly reports with insightful analytics. The role also involves supporting our migration to a new Enterprise Resource Planning system, ensuring data is clean and ready for transition.
As the main PtP Finance contact for HUK, you'll handle process queries and collaborate with the Global Shared Services centre in Poland. You'll also provide support and training to stakeholders and work with teams such as Procurement, Supply Chain Finance, Legal, Process Control, Internal Audit, and Digital and Technology. This is a dynamic time for the finance function due to Heineken’s Global Digital Backbone project, offering the chance to join a proactive team in a fast-paced environment. We offer a hybrid working model, balancing office and home working.
