About the Role
We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Procurement Category Specialist to take ownership of Engineering Spare Parts procurement across our dynamic brewery sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring operational continuity and efficiency in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. You’ll be the go-to expert for sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimisation within the engineering spare parts category. This is a newly created role which offers the opportunity to design, develop and implement new ways of working to support our brewery operations.

What You’ll Do
You’ll lead the development and execution of category strategies for spare parts, working closely with engineering, maintenance, and site operations teams to understand technical requirements and ensure timely availability of critical components. Your role will involve managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities for standardisation and cost savings. With a strong focus on data and performance, you’ll track KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the category.

What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone with a solid background in procurement or supply chain, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment. You’ll need excellent stakeholder engagement skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to juggle priorities across multiple sites. If you’re passionate about procurement and ready to make a tangible impact in a business that values quality, innovation, and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.

If you;

  • Are a self-starter with the drive and resilience to succeed
  • Have significant influencing and negotiation experience
  • Have a passion for procurement

Then this could be the role for you!

As part of the team, along with your salary, you’ll also receive;

  • Discretionary Annual bonus
  • Flexible benefits (15% of base salary can be taken as cash, benefits, or a mix of both)
  • Company funded Private Medical Healthcare
  • Double matched pension (up to 10%)
  • 35 days holiday
  • A monthly case of our delicious ciders and beers! (low and no alcohol options available)
  • Comprehensive Opportunities to develop.

You’ll also get the opportunity to get involved with one of our colleague networks where groups of colleagues from all over the business work together to ensure we’re always working towards being a diverse and inclusive company.

Our ways of working
This role is office based, we currently operate a hybrid working framework which allows us to capture the benefits of both working in the office and at home.
