Job Description

Brewing Appreciation Days: Inspiring Women, Non-Binary and Gender Diverse People to Explore Brewing

Please note: Please follow this link to register – do not click the “Apply now” button on this page. Applications submitted via the “Apply now” button will NOT be reviewed.

We believe under-represented groups deserve every opportunity to thrive in, lead, and shape the future of brewing and FMCG – and we're putting that into action.

Introducing free-to-attend Brewing Appreciation Days across our UK sites. These educational and networking events are designed to provide greater visibility of brewing and brewery operations, particularly for groups that are currently under-represented within the industry.

These community events offer a behind-the-scenes look at brewery operations, insights into how breweries operate, and opportunities to meet the people who help make it happen.

  • Hereford – Friday 25th September, 1pm to 4:30pm
  • Tadcaster – Wednesday 30th September, 1pm to 5pm
  • Manchester – Thursday 8th October, 1pm to 4:30pm

What to expect

This is your chance to step inside the world of brewing and see what’s possible.

  • Get an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at our brewery operations
  • Learn how our beers and ciders are made across different departments
  • Learn about the wide range of roles and functions involved in brewing and supply chain operations
  • Meet our people, build connections and grow your network

To help remove barriers to attending, we're proud to partner with Women On Tap's Beer Unlocked bursary scheme, supporting those who face financial obstacles to accessing opportunities in beer and brewing.

How to register

Spaces are limited, so don't wait. Visit the link below to learn more and register your interest in attending by Friday 21st August.
