šŸ“ Hybrid Working - In our Lincoln office 2 days per week (or more if you like) with 3 days remotely.

You'll be working alongside our Learning & Development Team Lead to train our new telesales team members.

This role would be ideal for you if you have some experience delivering training on an ongoing basis, or you have worked in a telesales role and would love to move into a training role.

The Opportunity:

  • Supporting Team Leads (specifically the Learning & Development Team Lead) with recruitment of new team members

  • On-boarding and training all new starters in the insurance telesales team with the support of the L&D Team Lead

  • Supporting the L&D Team Lead with continuous training through call listening, training sessions and workshops

  • Updating training content that already existing and creating new content with your own ideas

What we need from you:

  • Experience in creating and delivering training content to new and existing members of the team (ideally within telesales or script selling)

  • Ability to work independently but also part of a team to increase performance of an already high performing sales team

  • Ability to work on multiple things simultaneously, on-boarding, training, recruitment and performance management will all be part of this role.

  • Someone who can challenge the norm with new ideas and creativity to better on-boarding and training
