Digital Designer

About this role…

As a vital marketing team member, the Graphic Designer will be critical in conceptualising creative ideas in a collaborative environment and bringing the teams’ ideas to life. Your strategic insights are highly valued across all projects, whether it's steering end-to-end development or refining and implementing ideas. Out-of-the-box thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and expertise in website design and creative paid media are a must. Your daily responsibilities include brainstorming ideas and undertaking diverse design and editing projects for marketing team members. You'll also occasionally partner with other departments on projects such as designing sales decks, corporate presentations, and assets for events.

Your skill set spans a wide range, but you’re particularly good at crafting designs for websites, social media, email, and paid ads on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

In this job, you’ll…

  • Conceptualising and creating branded graphics, including web pages, advertising, social media posts, web banners, and more.
  • Working closely with Performance Marketing and Product Marketing team members to create assets that support a full-funnel strategy, generating and presenting design ideas.
  • Crafting visually appealing email templates and assets seamlessly integrated within HubSpot.
  • Producing mock-ups and presentation decks to a high level of finish for internal and external use.
  • Updating existing print collateral for our sales teams to use across demo days and events.
  • Consistently meeting creative deadlines and ensuring the end-to-end development of assigned graphic projects, maintaining the creative integrity of the final product.
  • Defining and enforcing best practices when it comes to file organisation, and maintaining asset libraries for use across the business.
  • Being a guardian for our brand, ensuring consistency across all outputs, including the instruction of internal teams and external vendors on how to implement our brand correctly
  • Regularly sharing ideas and recommendations to improve creative design quality across platforms.

We’re looking for…

  • 3-5 years of related experience in web and/or digital design. Having experience working exclusively in-house for one brand is a plus.
  • Great at self-time management with experience working within a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment.
  • A highly conceptual mind – you can turn a boring brief into something extremely engaging and exciting.
  • Expert knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and the Google Suite.
  • Strong copywriting skills in English
  • Experience using CMS platforms (we use Craft)
  • Excellent at communication with different levels of stakeholders.
  • An impeccable attention to detail, an obsession with the latest design trends and creative industry happenings.
  • Knowledge of web, printing and digital standards, and the ability to work directly with vendors.
  • The ability to adapt quickly, taking changing requirements and priorities in stride, and always trying to improve ways of working to be more efficient.
  • Able to work under your own steam, but as part of a team.
