Your key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across workforce and people transformation engagements, applying strong consulting, analytical and project management skills.

• Design and deliver solutions across organisation design, workforce transformation, strategic workforce planning, change, communications, culture and employee experience.

• Manage delivery activities including planning, governance, status reporting, risks and issues, stakeholder engagement and quality assurance.

• Build trusted client relationships and produce high-quality deliverables, reports and communications.

• Contribute to proposals, pitches and broader business development, identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.

• Coach junior team members and contribute to initiatives that support the growth of People Consulting and the wider EY business.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong stakeholder management, with the confidence to provide robust advice, constructive challenge and clear communication.

• Strong project management and analytical skills, with proficiency in producing reports, papers, presentations, spreadsheets and client deliverables.

• Experience across a combination of organisation design, workforce transformation and people-centred change.

• Experience managing stakeholders and delivering structured analysis and high-quality outputs.

• Experience leading or contributing to project workstreams in a collaborative team environment.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in operating models, strategic workforce planning, capability mapping, organisation assessment or organisational effectiveness measures.
