The opportunity

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the activation of our Global Forensic Technology assets across our Global network. The role will be focussed on European markets but will support APAC as required. The role will own the go-to-market strategy, lead enablement programs, and ensure our teams are equipped to sell and deliver technology solutions. The role combines commercial leadership, client engagement, and thought leadership, requiring someone who can influence senior stakeholders, shape complex solutions, and present confidently to large audiences

Your key responsibilities

  • Strategic Market Activation
    • Define and execute the European activation strategy for Forensic Technology, aligning with global priorities and regional growth targets.
    • Oversee development of playbooks, campaigns, and enablement content (including technology demos and corresponding narratives) to accelerate adoption and revenue growth.
    • Set KPIs and monitor performance across markets, adjusting strategy based on data and feedback.
  • Leadership & Enablement
    • Lead regional enablement programs, ensuring practitioners and account teams are trained to execute and sell technology solutions.
    • Partner with global learning & technology teams to integrate activation into the firm’s curriculum and certification pathways.
    • Mentor senior managers and high-potential talent to build a strong leadership pipeline as part of a wider technology community.
  • Client Engagement & Commercial Leadership
    • Act as a senior client advisor—diagnose issues, shape solutions, and lead proposal development for complex, high-value opportunities.
    • Oversee delivery of strategic engagements, ensuring quality and commercial outcomes.
    • Develop pricing strategies and deal constructs that balance client value with margin discipline.
  • Executive Presence & Thought Leadership
    • Represent the firm at major client forums, industry events, and internal leadership meetings.
    • Deliver compelling presentations that simplify technology concepts and demonstrate commercial impact.
    • Publish thought leadership and contribute to market positioning initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Influence senior stakeholders across service lines and geographies to prioritize activation initiatives.
    • Drive collaboration between sales, delivery, finance, and operations to ensure seamless execution.

Skills and attributes for success

  • 12+ years in forensic technology, data analytics, or related fields, with significant experience in market activation and commercial leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through technology enablement and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong client network and relations that can be leveraged.
  • Strong client advisory skills with experience shaping and delivering complex solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging C-suite audiences.
  • Deep commercial acumen: pricing, margin management, and deal structuring in European markets.
  • Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization and manage senior stakeholder relationships.

Success Metrics

  • Market activation KPIs: adoption rates, revenue growth, pipeline influence.
  • Enablement impact: practitioner certification, sales effectiveness, proposal turnaround time.
  • Creating assets and materials for thought leadership and commercial activities such as external speaking engagements, commercial material and technical demonstrations and published insights.

Working Model

  • Hybrid across European hubs; travel 30–50% for client meetings, training, and leadership forums.
  • Reports to Global Forensic Technology Leader; strong alignment with global activation and Region sales enablement teams.

What we look for

  • Experience with European regulatory frameworks relevant to forensic and integrity services.
  • Multilingual capabilities (English plus another major European language).
  • Familiarity with global learning and enablement programs.
