The opportunity:

As an AI and Digital Strategy leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving AI and digital transformation initiatives for our clients. You will leverage your expertise in identifying commercial and operational value creation opportunities for businesses in your target sector by leveraging AI and emerging digital technology capability to re-imagine and transform operational business processes and (re)define operating models and deliver tangible business performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges and identify opportunities for leveraging AI and digital technologies to define value creation opportunities to deliver superior commercial and operational business performance.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive AI strategies that align with clients' digital transformation goals and overall business strategy.
  • Advise clients on the integration of AI technologies into their existing digital ecosystems to optimize processes, enhance decision-making, and create competitive advantages.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in the realm of AI and digital strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design digital/AI transformation roadmaps and execute complex digital/AI transformation projects

You will ideally have come from a commercial/operational strategy consulting environment and progressed into technology strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business or MBA.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on operational performance improvement, value creation, AI, digital strategy, emerging technology.
  • Proven track record of developing the roadmap for and managing the execution of successful digital transformation projects.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of AI technologies (e.g., GenAI, machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision) and their application in a business context and enterprise technology architecture.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs.
