Deliveroo Middle East | Marketing Team

The Marketing Team is responsible for driving brand, customer and business growth across the UAE, KW and Qatar. We do this by developing marketing strategies and programs to build awareness, create demand, optimize traffic, and continually improve our brand experience customers to deliver growth for the business. We apply research, analyze performance metrics, and provide product and industry expertise and understanding of customer behavior to inform and refine the business’ marketing strategy and execution. We develop content, manage, and deliver targeted merchandising and promotional activities. We apply customer-centric methodologies to improve our brand experience for customers. We drive marketing excellence by measuring efficiency and effectiveness of activities. We deliver improvements in the process to scale delivery.

About the role :

As a CRM Associate, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution and management of CRM campaigns, from initiation to build, proof, send, and approval. This includes targeted CRM campaigns, restaurant and new vertical campaigns, as well as seasonal initiatives that collectively form the marketing calendar. You will develop marketing messages that resonate with our customers, utilizing available and appropriate channels to deliver the messages.

You'll be a passionate and technical CRM marketer who obsesses over customer and merchant segmentation. You consistently put the customer at the center of your decision-making and campaign execution. Your Scope (Day-to-Day)

  • Support the CRM Specialist and collaborate with marketing, commercial, and global teams to build, manage, and execute the marketing calendar through CRM channels & in-app touchpoints.

  • Coordinate and be responsible for BAU calendar management and for creating engaging and dynamic end-to-end delivery of emails, push-notifications, WhatsApp messages, in-app banners, and in-app messages, executing in a timely and effective manner.

  • Track competitor CRM activities and provide a weekly report.

Must Haves (Requirements)

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience working within CRM.

  • Demonstrated experience in working with databases, data analysis, and segmentation.

  • Highly computer literate with:

    • HTML familiarity (ability to understand where changes need to be made).

    • Email deployment experience (Braze experience preferred).

    • Data visualization tools (Looker experience preferred).

  • Self-motivated, driven, and have the desire to help.

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

  • Ability to work on strict & tight deadlines.

  • Required English fluency

  • Must hold a UAE passport & Family book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
