Your mission

As a Head of People, you will be responsible for the most important asset of deepset, our people, while being a strategic partner for our business. You will shape our culture, our people processes, and our organizational structure. You will be setting the environment for our team and deepset as a company to succeed.

Your impact

Your responsibilities

• Craft a compelling people vision derived from our company strategy.
• Develop an ambitious global people strategy and roadmap and execute against it.
• Partner with the leadership team to drive organization objectives from a people lens.
• Maintain a pulse on the organization's mood and act as a connection point between leadership and staff.
• Design and implement systems and practices that promote collaboration, performance, and accountability.
• Lead all people functions, either directly or through management of a team, including talent acquisition and recruitment, learning and development, total rewards (compensation, benefits, etc.), and employee relations.
• Drive our culture shift to a high-performing organization.
• Enable deepset to become more customer-centric.
• Expand deepset in line with business needs in Europe and the US.

Your profile

• 10+ years experience** in a strategic talent role as an HR generalist, managing most or all stages of the people journey, preferably in a global startup
• 4+ years experience in leading teams
• Experience in talent acquisition
• Strong business mindset and business understanding
• Experience in US and German people operations
• Excellent communication skills with audiences in different levels of Seniority and from multiple cultural backgrounds
• Independent, determined, entrepreneurial, and hands-on attitude with data-informed decision-making approach
• Well-organized and conscientious
• Ideally German speaking
