Last year we grew over 50% with nearly £3bn worth of cars bought on site, while £1.8bn of cars were listed for sale through our Sell My Car service.
In 2024 we went big and acquired Autovia, doubling our audience overnight. Together we now have one of the biggest YouTube channels in the world with over 1.1 billion annual views, sell 1.2 million print copies of our magazines and have an annual web content reach over 350million.

ABOUT THE TEAM
This role sits in the Organic Growth team that is responsible for maximising the organic opportunity for Carwow Group helping grow our organic traffic, which is a vital revenue driver for the business. It reports to our Head of Organic Growth.
The Organic Growth team is under the remit of our Director of Audience Engagement and Retention within the Customer & Marketing function.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You will be tasked with growing the domain authority, traffic and reach of the Carwow Group websites by building links and increasing mentions in a number of ways:
- Utilising tools to discover the right websites to engage with to maximise results
- Working closely with the Communications team to amplify PR and marketing activity - aligned to the the Communications plan
- Utilising bespoke Carwow Group content to encourage linking to our websites
- Developing and overseeing an outreach plan to ensure regular and targeted outreach to drive maximum results.
- Building relationships with relevant bloggers and social influencers to promote automotive content engagement
- Keeping up-to-date with SEO, social media and internet marketing trends
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Have experience using SEO and Outreach tools/platforms (OSE, Majestic, Buzzsumo, GA, social tracking/mention tracking, Twitter etc)
- Have at least 1-2 years experience implementing outreach campaigns previously (either agency or in-house) with a track record of delivering ROI and organic growth
- Be a good communicator and the ability to build relationships over both phone and email
- Have awareness of SEO, PR and Marketing, and how they work together
- Have strong copywriting skills
- Be proactive and a self-starter
- Be organised, methodical and have the ability to juggle multiple tasks/priorities
- Have a creative outlook and the ability to come up with fresh ideas for content promotion
- Be numerate and able to write up performance reports and summaries
- Be an intermediate user of Excel or other spreadsheet packages
- Be educated to degree level or similar
- A genuine interest in cars is a bonus (but not essential)
