About the Role:

Our global Talent Acquisition Team is expanding! We are hiring a Sourcing Partner on a Fixed Term Contract to join our amazing TA team.
This role is ideal for someone with sound knowledge of the candidate and job market in Tech SaaS environments. This will include a core focus on designing and implementing effective sourcing approaches, utilizing the latest the sourcing methods, making recommendations around AI tools and processes for different roles and seniority levels, taking into account aspects like company values, internal frameworks and policies. Camunda’s ever evolving environment and phenomenal success trajectory, requires someone to really elevate our employer brand and understand our product and the critical work all our departments deliver that we are sourcing for.
Furthermore, this role is ideal for someone really creative in the world of sourcing, who can identify and engage potential candidates on different platforms, develop solid talent pipelines with strong conversion rates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work highly effectively to ensure Camunda's talent sourcing needs are matched and enable the TA team to hire the worlds Top Talent.
  • Directly responsible for creating a world-class sourcing and candidate experience
  • Work highly effectively to ensure Camunda’s headcount needs are matched. Work closely with the TA team, leadership and hiring managers on support required to ensure the team is successful.
  • Partner with Camunda’s Talent Partners and Hiring Team’s to proactively build a hiring pipeline for hard-to-fill positions
  • An aptitude for sharing best practices and delivering as a subject-matter expert in the role

What you bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product
  • Extensive Talent Sourcing experience (ideally more than 3-4 years)
  • Ability to operate in a multi-project environment and deliver across multi-department sourcing needs
  • Excellent written English language and communication skills
  • Understanding and alignment to regular data, reporting and talent conversion tracking
  • Experience in lead generation and sourcing the world’s TOP Talent.
  • Previous experience in a growing tech SaaS Series A to E environment would be most ideal

Nice to Haves:

  • Previous experience in a global distributed and remote environment
