Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Create, lead and manage the entire RFX process, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements by relevant stakeholders
- Lead tool evaluations, content management and ensure automation capabilities with Salesforce and a selected software for RFP’s
- Monitor the progress of the RFX response and communicates progress regularly and with clarity to the relevant stakeholders, ensuring that major issues are escalated and addressed
- Continuous interactions and improvements with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts on content generation and building/updating a content repository/library, includes creating and maintaining documentation for RFP processes
- Proofread proposal content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, while also maintaining the brand voice and tone.
- Coordinate and facilitate proposal review meetings, engaging key stakeholders to obtain feedback and ensure alignment between various teams.
- Establish metrics, and prepare reports used to track RFX information and processes to improve business visibility and consistency of practices across geographies
What you bring:
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
- Experience with the tool evaluations, content management and automation capabilities of Salesforce and RFP software like RFPIO, Loopio, or similar
- Proven experience as a RFP/RFX/RFI Manager, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders

Compensation
For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
- United States: $97,500.00 to $146,300.00
- Germany: €64,900.00 to €97,300.00
- United Kingdom: £63,200.00 to £94,800.00
- Singapore: S$121,100.00 to S$181,700.00
