As an Executive Business Partner at Camunda, you’ll be joining the Office of the CEO, working at the heart of the organization alongside our Senior Leadership Team. This is more than just a support role—it’s a unique opportunity to coordinate high-level operations, manage executive priorities, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities across a rapidly growing, globally distributed company.

What you'll be doing:
Calendar & Meeting Management
Optimize complex, global calendars by proactively scheduling, prioritizing, and adjusting executive meetings to align with strategic business goals.Executive Operations & Support
Ensure seamless day-to-day executive operations, including preparation of meeting materials, coordination of follow-ups, and facilitation of internal communications.Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams on behalf of executive leadership.Project & Task Tracking
Support executive accountability by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams and ensuring timely execution.
What you bring:
Exceptional Organizational & Time Management Skills
Proven ability to manage complex calendars, competing priorities, and shifting deadlines with precision and minimal oversight.Experience Supporting Senior Executives
Demonstrated success in supporting C-level or senior leadership in a fast-paced, remote-first or global environment.Strong Communication & Discretion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.Proactive & Solution-Oriented Mindset
Ability to anticipate needs, identify issues before they arise, and propose thoughtful, effective solutions.Cultural Alignment with Camunda’s Values

This role requires availability during standard North America business hours. Exact hours can be flexible but must overlap with core business hours in North America.Ability to travel
This position requires occasional travel, typically no more than once per quarter.
Nice to haves:
Experience in High-Growth Tech or SaaS Companies
Familiarity with the pace, ambiguity, and systems typically found in scale-ups or enterprise tech environments.Project Management Tools Proficiency
Experience using tools like Asana, or similar platforms to support project tracking and team coordination.Event or Travel Planning Experience

What We Have to Offer:
Compensation
For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
United States: $81,500.00 to $122,200.00
Germany: €54,200.00 to €81,300.00
United Kingdom: £52,800.00 to £79,200.00
Singapore: S$101,200.00 to S$151,700.00
If you are outside one of these countries, you would be employed by our Preferred Employer Organization (PEO), Remote.
