As the driving force behind Digital Workplace trading performance, you'll be the go-to expert for commercial insight, activity, and decision-making. You'll own the numbers that matter, turning data into action by identifying opportunities, shaping commercial interventions, and tracking their impact to drive growth and strengthen P&L performance.

You'll work across a diverse customer base, from small and medium-sized businesses to some of the UK's largest private and public sector organisations, helping to shape strategy and deliver results at scale. What you’ll be doing

• Leading the analysis and reporting of trading performance, providing clear, actionable insights to support decision-making.

• Using historic trends and forward-looking analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for growth.

• Partnering with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and measure commercial interventions that optimise performance and deliver tangible business outcomes.

• Creating a consistent and compelling narrative around trading results, ensuring stakeholders understand performance drivers and the actions needed to maximise success.

• Maintaining strong governance across all trading activities, ensuring robust processes, controls, and commercial rigour.

• Building deep expertise in IP Voice and Digital Workplace trading dynamics, becoming the go-to authority on market performance, customer behaviour, and commercial opportunities.

What we would like to see on your CV

• Strong commercial management experience within the telecommunications, technology, or digital workplace market, with a solid understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.

• A demonstrable track record of driving growth and improving commercial performance, with clear examples of how you've added value to a segment P&L.

• Experience developing and leading successful trading strategies and commercial interventions across a range of sales channels, including field, desk-based, and third-party sales teams.

• The ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, delivering complex commercial initiatives and large-scale performance improvement programmes.

• A history of partnering successfully with sales leadership teams, providing both support and constructive challenge to drive accountability, performance, and results.

• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to turn insight into action and influence decision-making at multiple levels of the organisation.
