What you’ll be doing

Role Overview - Technical Design Leader:

  • Leadership and Commitment: As a technical design manager, you’ll guide a group of skilled technology professionals. Your focus will be on creating end-to-end technical solutions that align with business requirements and meet customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Reporting directly to a Senior Manager within Customer Solutions & Design, you’ll work closely with our leadership team. Your role will involve motivating and providing direction to a team of Technical Designers.
  • Expertise: With a strong background in design and delivery, you’ll take the lead across multiple customer projects. Your experience will drive right-first-time delivery, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and better outcomes.
  • Customer Engagement: Representing BT, you’ll engage with customers and internal stakeholders at their level, instilling confidence in our design and delivery capabilities.
  • Continuous Learning: Embracing a mindset of continuous learning, you’ll contribute to modernizing our business for a better tomorrow.
