Why this job matters

The Solution Architect Specialist 2 independently leads and executes a range of workstreams in delivering the overall solution architecture design and mapping of business requirements. Drives smooth project delivery and ensures implementation of scalable, strategic solutions that are fit for purpose and aligned with broader business and technology goals.

What you’ll be doing

1. Creates scalable and effective solutions that align with customer requirements and drive measurable business outcomes.
2 Leads engagement with business and operational stakeholders to shape discovery and solution direction.
3. Prepares comprehensive recommendations and scope of work documents, proactively identifying dependencies and risks.
4. Develops and evolves solution architectures to address complex, multi-dimensional business and technical challenges.
5. Influences stakeholder understanding of solution capabilities and strategic value.
6. Champions a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the solution architecture team.
7. Ensures architectural consistency with enterprise standards and drives adoption of solution patterns.
8. Provides strategic insights to senior leadership, influencing long-term architectural direction.
9. Leads initiatives that are critical to the organisations commercial strategy and transformation agenda.
10. Drives awareness and adoption of industry trends and best practices in solution architecture.
11. Actively mentors and develops architects, building team capability and technical depth.
12. Serves as a senior advocate for architecture governance and design authority, influencing product and service development.
