Enables operational efficiency and business growth through the delivery of high-quality software solutions and process improvements. Contributes to customer satisfaction and innovation by implementing new features, enhancing system performance, and adopting modern technologies.

What you’ll be doing

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications and third-party systems.
• Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and performance issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
• Work with relational databases such as MySQL, , or NOSQL to design and optimize queries.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed features and applications.
• Perform unit testing and support integration testing to ensure software quality.
• Participate in code reviews and implement feedback to improve code quality.
• Use version control systems such as Git for source code management.
• Develop applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, and Microservices architecture.
• Support application deployment and production issue resolution.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and actively contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements for scalability and reliability.

Essential Skills / Experience

• B.E. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Min 2.5 years of experience in building software products/applications.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Springboot, Microservices & AWS.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with KAFKA, NoSql DB, Netflix Conductor & productivity tools.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as ECS, ECR, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda and IAM.
• Familiarity in DevOps practices, including CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or ECS.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Grafana& ServiceNow).
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and application development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
