About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineering Professional with 2-5 years of experience in creating, developing, and helping enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET, React, PostgreSQL, AWS cloud services, Kafka, and API-based integrations. The candidate should be capable of working in an Agile environment and leveraging modern AI-powered engineering tools to enhance software delivery and quality across the SDLC.

What you’ll be doing

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and reliable applications using .NET technologies and React.
• Develop, consume, and maintain RESTful APIs and integration services.
• Build and help microservices-based applications and distributed systems.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases including schema design and performance tuning.
• Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in code reviews and solution design activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and SDLC efficiency.

Essential Skills / Experience

• 2-5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• C#, .NET/.NET Core and ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
• React.js application development.
• PostgreSQL database development and optimization.
• AWS Services (EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Apache Kafka.
• REST API development and API-based integrations.
• Git and version control systems.
• Microservices architecture, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD practices.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Amazon Q, Cursor, or equivalent across the SDLC.

Desirable Skills / Experience

• Java and Spring Boot development experience.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to Kong or Apigee API Gateway platforms.
• Knowledge of event-driven and cloud-native architectures.
• DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
