About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Integration / BODS Techno functional Consultant to lead the create, implementation, and optimization of enterprise data integration, migration, and transformation solutions across SAP and non-SAP landscapes

The SAP Integration Professional (BODS) is capable for creating, developing, and managing enterprise data integration and migration solutions using SAP Data Services. The role ensures reliable, high-quality data movement across SAP and non-SAP systems, helping SAP S/4HANA transformations, finance/GRC processes, and enterprise analytics.

What you’ll be doing

• 1.Data Integration & ETL Development
o Design, develop, and optimize ETL jobs using SAP BODS (Data Services)
o Build batch and real-time data pipelines integrating SAP (ECC, S/4, BW) and non-SAP systems
o Implement reusable data flows, workflows, and data marts


• 2. Data Migration & Transformation
o Lead data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA programs (especially Finance, MDG, GRC domains)
o Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
o Ensure consistency, completeness, and integrity of transferred data


• 3. Data Quality & Governance
o Define and implement data quality checks, validations, and cleansing rules
o Collaborate with business (Finance/R2R/I2C/MDG teams) for data mapping and standards
o Support audit and compliance requirements (especially for GRC-controlled data)


• 4. Integration Architecture
o Collaborate with integration teams (SAP CPI/PI/PO, APIs) for end-to-end data flow design
o Ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture and governance standards
o Optimize performance and scalability of ETL processes


• 5. Testing & Deployment
o Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, and cutover activities
o Troubleshoot data issues and production defects
o Manage transport of BODS objects across environments


• 6. Stakeholder Collaboration
o Work closely with functional teams (FICO, MDG, BlackLine, GRC) for requirement gathering
o Engage with business stakeholders to define transformation logic
o Provide technical leadership during design and delivery phases

Essential Skills / Experience

• Core Skills & Experience
• Technical Skills
o Strong expertise in SAP BODS (Data Services) development
o Excellent knowledge of ETL concepts, data modeling, and data warehousing
o Experience with SAP S/4HANA data migration tools (LTMC, Migration Cockpit)
o Hands-on with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, MDG data structures
o Proficiency in SQL and database technologies (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server)
o Understanding of data quality, profiling, and cleaning frameworks
o Integration Exposure
o Familiarity with SAP CPI / PI/PO / APIs
o Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP systems

• Domain Expertise (Preferred)
o Finance processes (R2R, I2C, L2C)
o SAP MDG (Master Data Governance)
o SAP GRC data structures and compliance requirements
o BlackLine / reconciliation tools (advantage)
