Why this job matters

The key purpose of this pivotal role is to lead a product team supporting Security for Small Businesses and BT’s SMB channel. Developing a security portfolio which meets the needs of small businesses is essential to the role BT plays within its domestic market to offer customers peace of mind. This role should aim to position BT as a market leader for Security Services in SMB, significantly growing our market share and supporting the acceleration of BT Security’s revenue growth ambitions before 2030 and beyond.

The scale and pace of Security's growth ambitions require continued focus on the development of innovative initiatives and processes that push us beyond BAU; and empower us to meet our MTP and go beyond. This role will play a key role in strategy definition and execution – supporting our customers and sales teams from the front line, engaging and assessing new and existing partner technology; as well as defining new practice developments via the BT C2M (concept to market) process.

With Security as a major growth engine of BT Group and a core part of BT’s 2030 ambition, this role is front-and-centre to defining and enabling BT Security’s current and future success.
