About BT International

BT International is at the start of an exciting new journey, having recently been carved out as a dedicated division from BT Group. With c.£2bn in annual revenue, we serve many of the world’s largest multinational corporations and have bold ambitions to become the global leader in secure, software‑defined connectivity.

Our strategy is to transform from a traditional global telco into a Telco Platform business, powered by two core network platforms: Global Fabric and Global Voice.

Global Fabric enables customers to design, deploy and manage secure global networks with on‑demand control, resilience and scalability. As we continue to invest in Global Fabric and migrate customers from legacy services, this role plays a critical part in shaping the future of BT International’s data connectivity proposition.

Global Voice enables customers to manage voice traffic globally as we move from a TDM past to an end‑to‑end SIP future. It provides rapidly provisioned, API‑enabled services for both enterprise customers and organisations embedding high‑quality voice into their own products.

  • Shape and deliver delivery‑throughput and flow‑efficiency improvements, balancing investment, operational efficiency and time‑to‑value
  • Develop, analyse and challenge product‑led growth drivers for Global Fabric and Global Voice, identifying levers to improve profitability and ROI
  • Work with Sales, Service and Customer teams to ensure propositions are commercially viable, customer‑led and easy to sell, deploy and support
  • Provide clear, outcome‑focused updates to senior stakeholders, articulating progress, risks, trade‑offs and recommendations
