  • Drive end-to-end product success, supporting the transition to full accountability for cost leadership and sales performance.
  • Deliver cost transformation programs, identifying labour and non-labour savings opportunities.
  • Develop and analyse product P&Ls, identifying actionable levers for profitability improvement.
  • Create execution plans for portfolio-specific profitability and simplification initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, transformation, service, and portfolio teams to accelerate commercial success and portfolio simplification.
  • Manage customer migration plans, ensuring risks are mitigated and communication is clear.
  • Produce strategic content for internal and external stakeholders to articulate progress and outcomes.

Essential Skills / Experience

SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of telecoms and technology portfolio areas (connectivity, cloud, security, UC)
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and business case development

PROFILE:

  • Experience: 5–8 years in strategy, portfolio management, or transformation roles within telecoms, technology, or related sectors.
  • Background: Strong exposure to product lifecycle management, commercial analysis, and strategic execution.
