About the role
Please note you must either hold or be eligible for SC (Security Clearance) for this role, which will require a minimum of 5 years working history in the UK to be eligible.
What you’ll be doing
• Configure, implement and support CTEM and NSPM solutions, ensuring secure and effective service delivery across complex customer environments.
• Own and contribute to solution design activities, producing and maintaining design documentation, implementation plans and reusable technical collateral.
• Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting and health monitoring across customer networks, security platforms and integrated technologies.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues, deliver contracted outcomes and provide technical input to service and bid activities.
• Support the ongoing evolution of BT's security services by identifying risks, driving continuous improvement and maintaining awareness of emerging threats, technologies and industry best practice.
Essential Skills / Experience
• Experience delivering and supporting technology solutions within enterprise, customer-facing environments.
• Good understanding of networking and cyber security fundamentals, with experience working across security platforms and technologies.
• Experience configuring, supporting or troubleshooting CTEM, NSPM or similar security solutions across networks, systems and security tools.
• Basic Linux administration skills, with the ability to perform troubleshooting, system checks and support activities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate confidently with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating ownership, initiative and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Desirable Skills / Experience
• Experience with tools such as AlgoSec, FireMon or Tufin
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g. vendor certifications)
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional)
• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments.

Flexible Working
This role offers a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.
