About the role

This role is a critical part of the Global Fabric team
• You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and onboarding/offboarding of contractors.
• You will have reposnbility for resource governance, ensuring accurate data, compliant processes, and effective financial control.
• You will provide critical visibility of resource position, spend, and utilisation, enabling better planning and cost management across workstreams.

What you’ll be doing

Primary ownership for Global Fabric Programme for:

• Collect and consolidate resourcing forecasts from project and programme managers
• Ensure alignment between resource plans and financial forecasts.
• Build and maintain a dynamic demand model based on PM inputs and project pipeline data.
• Develop a predictive workforce planning approach to identify & anticipate future resource needs, peaks, gaps and trends (internal & external), across portfolios.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Delivery teams to ensure visibility of resource needs and gaps.
• Provide regular resource reporting and insights to support workforce planning and budget reviews.
• Highlight resource shortfalls or surpluses and escalate risks to delivery timelines.
• Support scenario planning and what-if analysis for resourcing decisions and contingency plans.
• Managing the end to end contractor onboarding/offboarding process
• Supporting PO process including receipting
• Ensure data integrity for reporting and insight:
o Resource position, capacity and utlisation and financial burn

Essential Skills / Experience

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy with 8+yrs exp

• Ability to gather and consolidate resource needs across multiple workstreams.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Skilled in building and maintaining dynamic demand models.
• Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query) for manipulating and interpreting resourcing data.
• Ability to model different resourcing scenarios and assess delivery impact.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
• Proactive approach with a focus on getting things done
• Proficiency in creating clear, actionable resourcing reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Desirable Skills / Experience

• Resource management, workforce operations, or project support
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining resource demand models.
• Contractor onboarding and management processes
• Exposure to financial processes (e.g. raising POs, tracking spend, supporting invoicing)
• Managing data across multiple systems or spreadsheets
• Ability to identify issues and provide clear, accurate reporting
• Working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Driving process improvement or system change initiatives
• Use of Excel, Power BI, and project management tools in a professional setting
