What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and coordinate a diverse range of property and workplace projects, including office refurbishments, relocations, fit-outs, closures, occupancy changes and workplace improvements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, occupiers and external suppliers to develop and deliver workplace solutions that enhance colleague experience and support business objectives.

  • Support the development and implementation of workplace design standards, helping to create modern, flexible and engaging working environments.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders, from senior leaders to office occupiers, ensuring business requirements are understood and successfully delivered.
  • Proven project management experience, coordinating multiple concurrent projects, people and activities across a complex property or workplace environment while delivering to agreed timescales and objectives.
  • Experience leading workplace change, office moves, fit-out, redesign or estate transformation projects, including requirements gathering, feasibility assessments and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, collaborate across multiple teams and deliver successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
