As a Marketing & Commercial Strategy Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of our consumer business, working across marketing, commercial and consumer strategy to define our long-term direction and translate it into action.
You’ll play a key role in shaping our 2–5 year strategic roadmap, using customer insight, market understanding and performance data to identify opportunities and drive growth. From pricing and distribution through to multi-brand strategy, you’ll help ensure our plans deliver real commercial outcomes.
This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders and drive meaningful impact across the business.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting the development of long-term marketing and commercial strategies to drive customer growth and value
Using data, insight and performance analysis to identify opportunities, risks and areas to optimise
Translating strategy into clear, actionable plans across pricing, distribution and go-to-market activity
Building and maintaining a cohesive roadmap of strategic initiatives
Working cross-functionally with teams across marketing, finance, product and sales to drive alignment
Tracking delivery and performance of initiatives, ensuring plans stay on track and deliver return on investment
Influencing senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and momentum for strategic priorities
Essential Skills / Experience
- Experience in commercial or business strategy roles, with a focus on shaping long-term direction and strategic planning
- Strong data-led decision making and financial acumen, with the ability to translate insight into clear commercial outcomes
- Proven ability to structure complex problems, prioritise initiatives, and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organisation
Desirable Skills / Experience
- Experience in telecoms, subscription, or multi-channel consumer businesses
- Exposure to pricing, distribution or multi-brand strategy
- Background in consulting or highly strategic roles
- Experience working in large, matrix environments
