Job Description
Location: London OR Newbury + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What you’ll do
You’ll play a key role in thoughtfully shaping how Vodafone Business brings its fixed connectivity products to market. Combining commercial insight with a collaborative mindset, you’ll use pricing as a powerful tool to create value for customers and support sustainable growth. In this role, you’ll nurture a culture of learning and openness, where ideas are shared, explored, and continuously improved.
- You’ll shape and guide the pricing and promotional strategy across the full B2B fixed connectivity portfolio
- You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing reflects customer needs, market trends, and long-term value
- You’ll build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues across Product, Propositions, GTM, Finance, and Strategy to co-create impactful solutions
- You’ll support, mentor, and develop your team—creating a safe and empowering space where everyone can grow and contribute
- You’ll take a thoughtful, insight-led approach to reviewing pricing performance, identifying opportunities to refine and enhance outcomes
- You’ll design and evolve tools, dashboards, and KPI reporting to encourage clarity, transparency, and shared understanding
- You’ll help bring new products to life by shaping pricing approaches that resonate with diverse customer communities

- You bring meaningful experience in pricing, ideally within telecoms or a related commercial environment
