Inbound Services– Manchester

Business Customer Service | Grade TMSV3 | Manchester | Reports to Team Leader

Join our Inbound Services Team and help keep thousands of UK businesses connected through essential 0800 and 03 number services. You’ll support customers with technical queries, urgent service changes and complex call-routing issues, helping to protect service when it matters most.

What you’ll do:

  • Diagnose and resolve faults affecting inbound numbers, portal access and call reporting.

  • Use systems including CCE, Inbound Architect, Oracle, CSS, OPS and ServiceNow.
