Clsoing Date: 1st June

About the role

BT is developing new innovation products across Connected Solutions that have the potential to create real customer and commercial impact. This role plays a critical part in turning those innovations into solutions that can be confidently launched, sold and supported at scale.

As a Growth Delivery Manager, you will lead the work required to take products from early validation through to successful launch into BT’s customer-facing units. You will operate at the intersection of product, sales, service and operations — ensuring that products are truly ready for the real world, not just conceptually strong.

This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity, joining the dots across teams, and seeing products land successfully with customers — creating the foundations for scale and growth.

What you’ll be doing

You will be accountable for translating innovation into execution: shaping launch plans, coordinating cross‑functional readiness, equipping sales and service teams, and helping establish repeatable delivery models. Working closely with Product Managers and the wider Growth & GTM team, you will provide the structure, insight and operational grip needed to move quickly while managing risk.

  • Ensure end-to-end launch readiness
    • Lead business readiness activities for innovation products moving through the Product Innovation Funnel
    • Coordinate readiness across sales, service, fulfilment, billing and support
    • Identify gaps, risks and dependencies and drive them to resolution
    • Provide clear launch readiness recommendations to the Product Manager ahead of Go / No‑Go decisions
  • Deliver launches into sales and service
    • Plan and coordinate product launches, ensuring smooth execution across all internal teams
    • Create clear launch runbooks, playbooks and artefacts that enable consistent delivery
    • Ensure products are accepted into CFU sales and service with clarity on ownership and processes
  • Enable sales and customer-facing teams
    • Work with Product Marketing to translate product value into clear customer-facing messages
    • Equip sales and service teams with the tools, training and materials needed to sell confidently
    • Support early sales activity to ensure feedback loops into product and GTM improvements
  • Shape and improve the customer experience
    • Map and improve customer journeys across awareness, purchase, delivery, use and support
    • Ensure experiences are practical, scalable and aligned with BT’s operating model
  • Track performance and support scale-up
    • Monitor early product performance post-launch and highlight improvement opportunities
    • Feed insights back into Product and Growth teams to refine delivery and GTM approaches
    • Support the transition of products from innovation-led delivery into business-as-usual ownership
