“I had a really positive experience during my CyberFirst summer placement at BT, so after graduating university, I chose to take up a permanent position in September 2022. I've been continuously proud to work with people who believe in the CyberFirst ethos, and who especially see the value of bringing more women in to cyber. BT maintains a culture of listening to and valuing all its employees and their contributions; within my first year of BT I have been given the trust and authority to lead on a sizeable subsection of my project.

My project team have been really open to me suggesting new ways of working and trying new initiatives. I really appreciate the opportunity I have to work for various government customers, and I think the work that all the project teams do here is genuinely invaluable.”
