The BT group operates a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.

About the role

This role sits within BT Wholesale’s Digital Experience team, focused on building a new strategic customer portal for wholesale clients.

You will act as a Product Owner for a key area of the portal, shaping and delivering end-to-end digital journeys that allow wholesale customers to order and manage BT’s strategic products.

This is a greenfield opportunity, joining at design phase and taking ownership through build, launch and continuous improvement. The role will play a critical part in delivering BT’s strategy to modernise customer experience and enable digital-first B2B interactions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own a defined area of the wholesale digital portal, setting clear product vision and priorities

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner within an Agile delivery environment, with ownership of backlog and prioritisation
