Why this job matters
You’ll manage a portfolio of around 80 customers from a desk-based role. You’ll build strong relationships, keep customers happy, and identify simple upsell and cross-sell opportunities, while managing accounts worth several million pounds in revenue.
What you’ll be doing
• Own and deliver revenue targets, solo or as part of a high-energy virtual sales team
• Get on the front foot with outbound sales—regular customer calls and promoting BT products and services
• Team up with field sales and specialist experts to win opportunities across BT’s core product lines
• Keep forecasts and KPIs accurate and up to date for leadership teams
• Spot and manage churn risks before they become problems
• Find and win new customer opportunities
• Grow the business using a smart, multi-channel sales approach
• Close your own deals, bringing in specialists when needed to meet customer needs
• Be the desk-based go-to for customers and partners, building strong, long-term relationships
