About the role

• We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Specialist with 10–14 years of experience in creating and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance data integration solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• The role requires strong expertise in data modelling, data management, and enterprise integration architectures, data lakes to enable seamless data flow across systems and platforms.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and implement end-to-end data integration solutions across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Develop and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for structured and unstructured data.
• Define and implement data models (conceptual, logical, physical) aligned with business requirements.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across enterprise systems.
• Integrate data across ERP, SaaS platforms, data lakes, warehouses, and APIs.
• Lead data migration and transformation initiatives across cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define data architecture and integration strategies.
• Implement real-time and batch integration patterns using modern tools.
• Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Essential Skills / Experience

• Cloud Platforms
Hands-on expertise in:
o AWS (Glue, Redshift, Lambda, S3)
o Azure (ADF, Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks)
o GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Data Fusion)
• Data Integration & Engineering
• Strong experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Talend, DataStage, Matillion, etc.)
• Proficiency in batch and real-time data processing
• Experience with API-based and event-driven integrations
• Data Management & Modelling
• Expertise in:
o Data modelling (ER, dimensional, star/snowflake schema)
o Master Data Management (MDM)
o Data governance and metadata management
• Hands-on experience with data quality frameworks and tools
• Technical Skills
• Strong SQL and database knowledge (RDBMS & NoSQL)
• Programming skills in Python / Scala / SQL
• Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse architectures
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and version control

• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
• 10–14 years of experience in data integration and data engineering roles
• Experience in multi-cloud enterprise environments
• Relevant certifications (preferred):
o AWS / Azure / GCP Data or Solutions Architect certifications

• Exposure to finance, procurement, or supply chain data ecosystems
• Experience with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric)
• Knowledge of AI/ML data pipelines
