About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Management Associate to support and enhance our contract lifecycle management and procurement technology landscape. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional stakeholders, drive process excellence, and contribute to the ongoing optimisation of procurement and contract management platforms, including Ariba and Sirion CLM.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business users, improving procurement processes, and ensuring operational excellence across sourcing and contract management activities.

What you will be doing (Role Accountabilities)

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Support procurement leaders in the continued development and execution of the procurement technology and contract management strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and system enhancements, developing business cases and improvement proposals for leadership review.
  • Contribute to transformation initiatives focused on improving procurement efficiency, compliance and user experience.
  • Support the adoption and continuous improvement of Ariba and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and operational support for procurement and contract management applications.
  • Act as a key point of contact for business users, ensuring timely resolution of queries and system-related issues.
  • Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis and coordinate resolution with relevant support teams.
  • Collaborate with sourcing, procurement, legal, finance and operational stakeholders to ensure effective contract and procurement governance.
  • Support the delivery of sourcing and contract management processes in line with organisational policies and controls.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to drive engagement, adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor process performance and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and compliance.
  • Support change management, testing, user acceptance activities and deployment of system enhancements.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • 4-5 years of experience in Contract Management, Procurement Operations, Ariba Support, CLM Administration or Process Management.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing operations and contract lifecycle management principles.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications and troubleshooting business process issues.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and root-cause investigation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail, governance and compliance requirements.

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Experience with SAP Ariba modules and procurement technologies.
  • Knowledge of Sirion Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  • Understanding of sourcing, supplier management and contract governance processes.
  • Experience working within a Procurement Excellence, Shared Services or Global Business Services environment.
  • Exposure to project delivery, user acceptance testing (UAT) and system implementation activities.
