About the role

In a fast-moving, highly competitive market, having great products isn’t enough. Success comes from making the right strategic choices—where to play, how to win, and how to deliver sustainable growth.

As a Commercial Strategy Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of our consumer business, working across marketing, commercial and consumer strategy to define our long-term direction and translate it into action.

You’ll play a key role in shaping our 2–5 year strategic roadmap, using customer insight, market understanding and performance data to identify opportunities and drive growth. From pricing and distribution through to multi-brand strategy, you’ll help ensure our plans deliver real commercial outcomes.

This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders and drive meaningful impact across the business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the development of long-term marketing and commercial strategies to drive customer growth and value
  • Using data, insight and performance analysis to identify opportunities, risks and areas to optimise
  • Translating strategy into clear, actionable plans across pricing, distribution and go-to-market activity
  • Building and maintaining a cohesive roadmap of strategic initiatives

  • Tracking delivery and performance of initiatives, ensuring plans stay on track and deliver return on investment
  • Influencing senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and momentum for strategic priorities
  • Essential Skills / Experience

    • Experience in commercial or business strategy roles, with a focus on shaping long-term direction and strategic planning
    • Strong data-led decision making and financial acumen, with the ability to translate insight into clear commercial outcomes
    • Proven ability to structure complex problems, prioritise initiatives, and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organisation

    Desirable Skills / Experience

    • Experience in telecoms, subscription, or multi-channel consumer businesses
    • Exposure to pricing, distribution or multi-brand strategy
    • Background in consulting or highly strategic roles
    • Experience working in large, matrix environments
